Born in Atlanta in 1982, Al Caproni is a visionary artist whose work captivates audiences with its movement, vibrant coloring, understaing of color theory and striking visual style. Growing up in the  ecclectic cultural landscape of Atlanta, Al was deeply influenced by the city's rich artistic heritage, which sparked a lifelong passion for creative expression.

During his formative years in high school, Al demonstrated a remarkable talent for both painting and sculpture. Producing murals for friends and creating large-scale graffiti pieces, Al explored the intersection of street art and fine art, laying the foundation for his distinctive visual style.

Continuing his artistic journey into college, Al focused on painting and sculpture, refining his craft and expanding his artistic horizons. Attending The School of Visual Arts in New York City, Al immersed himself in the dynaism of NYC and the underground art scene, drawing inspiration from the city's diverse cultures and perspectives.  

Drawing upon his diverse experiences and rigorous artistic training, Al Caproni developed a unique artistic voice that transcends traditional boundaries, seamlessly blending elements of surrealism, abstract expressionism, and contemporary figurative art.
